Founders Associate Intern Zurich, Switzerland, Internship (3-6 months) Cloud IB is a fast-growing VC-backed startup digitizing the investment banking industry by providing digital analytics tools to investment banks, consulting firms, investors and corporate clients around the world. We are based in Zurich, Switzerland, and Belgrade, Serbia, and are looking to expand our team. Cloud IB is looking for an outstanding individual to join our Zurich team as a Founders Associate Intern. You will be working closely with our senior management / founders who combine a career at tier 1 investment banks globally with prior fintech startup experience. You will get hands-on exposure across both business and technical aspects of building an early-stage venture. RESPONSIBILITIES Function as an extension of the founders Manage day-to-day aspects of the company, including business development, marketing and sales projects, finance, data operations, and hiring Drive strategic evolution of the company through business and competitor intelligence, product benchmarking, and customer and go-to-market analysis Establish and improve processes across all areas of the business REQUIREMENTS Recent graduate or student with prior internship/work experience Entrepreneurial drive, genuine curiosity and hands-on mentality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong strategic planning and operational management skills Strong quantitative skills and interest in the financial services and financial data space Ideally some prior B2B software stack experience (CRM, LinkedIn) WHAT WE OFFER Be one of the first employees of an early-state startup with opportunity to convert to a full-time role Highly collaborative team fostering personal growth and development Flexibility around working time and working remotely Competitive compensation Powered by JazzHR
