We are seeking an experienced IT E nterprise Architect to join our team, specializing in large-scale IT transformation projects within the Banking sector. Responsibilities Keep focus on architectural strategy and design efforts for large IT transformation projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions that align with business goals and regulatory standards Provide guidance and oversight to development teams on best practices for software development, API integration, and microservices architectures Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvemen Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors Qualifications & Technical Skills Scientific degree or master's, preferably in computer science or engineerin M inimum of 5 years of experience in the role, preferably in the financial services /banking industr Proficiency in microservices architecture and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with development patterns design Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured problem-solving approach Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English Do not hesitate and apply now !
