Join our highly talented and motivated team and work on challenging tasks developing cutting-edge systems, ranging from new-design eVTOL aircraft to speed-record-setting vehicles. This position is a very hands-on role, helping us assemble prototype aircraft and physically integrating subsystems into the aircraft, along with some minor design work as well as components selection and procurement. Your Contributions: Support/lead hardware integration activities, including hands-on work to integrate subsystems into prototype aircraft or ground test stands. Support/lead system maintenance and physical preparation for test activities. Support execution of test activities (subsystems testing, ground testing, and Flight Test operations) Maintain prototype aircraft and test documentation (e.g log books, etc.) Maintain parts inventory for prototypes under build and test Facilities Management – Organize equipment in prototype assembly area and at test site(s). Minimum Requirements: 2 + years of professional experience. Familiarity with composite structures assembly and handling Experience with mechanical assemblies Experience with electronics and wiring Experience with aerospace testing environment Desirable Qualifications: Familiarity with avionics and aircraft low-power electrical systems Experience with electrical harness manufacturing (cable crimping, soldering, connector assembly) Experience with electrical harness installation (routing, mounting, etc...)
