We are looking for a Finance (FI/CO) Stream Lead Based in Zurich Your Team The Swiss SAP Practice is the presales and delivery team across Switzerland in charge to drive the rapid expansion of our SAP business in the Renewable Enterprise Domain (S/4HANA, BTP and SaaS/PaaS Apps, Intelligent Industries, Cloud). We spend every day focused on developing opportunities directly with clients and partners, helping them get the best business value from their SAP transformation. With more than 500 SAP S/4HANA projects in Europe, a unique value-driven end-to-end transformation approach, Capgemini offers you to work on the most interesting SAP S/4HANA projects in Switzerland and in Europe. Your Role As the SAP FICO Stream Lead, you will spearhead efforts to streamline finance operations and drive innovation within the organization. Your expertise in SAP FICO will be instrumental in transforming finance processes and aligning them with business objectives. By leveraging best practices and fostering innovation, you'll play a key role in achieving positive outcomes for the company's finance function. - Lead the planning and implementation of SAP FICO solutions on S/4HANA - Working closely with teams to meet financial goals. - Ensure smooth integration of financial processes across S/4HANA modules, improving workflow and data accuracy. - Analyze financial needs thoroughly, offering recommendations to enhance efficiency within S/4HANA. - Support teams in using SAP S/4HANA FICO systems effectively and provide ongoing assistance. - Create customized training for users to understand and use SAP S/4HANA FICO tools efficiently. - Manage changes from SAP updates on financial operations, minimizing disruptions. Your Profile -Extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance Business Transformation, coupled with a track record of successfully implementing S/4HANA Finance solutions. -Skilled in communication and presentation, with a talent for engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior client executives up to CxO-level. Demonstrated commitment to staying abreast of the latest developments and trends in SAP Finance. -Proven ability to lead teams, nurture talent, and foster knowledge sharing within multicultural environments. - Passionate about collaborating with clients and diverse teams to drive impactful results.
