Responsibilities: Apply Agile principles to ensure efficient delivery cycles and high product quality Facilitate Agile practices within the IT team and collaborate with them to meet business requirements effectively Work closely with Product Owners to align deliveries with strategies Manage Agile workflow in GitLab, including OKRs, sprints, ceremonies, and reviews Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in scientific or economic matters At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably grown in IT consulting companies Fluency in English and Italian Solid experience in preparation, review, sharing, and discussion of Project Status documents Ability to manage project stakeholders at all levels Solid background in planning and monitoring activities Servant Leadership and Problem-Solving skills, preferably grown working on international projects Agile / Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM / PSM) would be a great advantage Are you looking for an exciting and challenging job in a dynamic environment?
