Please read on...</p><p><strong>The Paralegal will assist with various tasks such as:</strong></p><ul><li>Parallel trade support: reviewing samples, sending objection letters to parallel traders, liaising with internal stakeholders.</li><li>Various support related to Trademarks and Copyright matters, Logo usage permission Agreements, etc.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience as a paralegal (inhouse or in a law firm) – ideally 2 to 5 years’ experience</li><li>Fluent English and good understanding of German. </li></ul><p><strong>Workload: 40% (16 hours per week)</strong></p><p><strong>Why Novartis: </strong>Our purpose is to reimagine medicine to improve and extend people’s lives and our vision is to become the most valued and trusted medicines company in the world.
